Front cover is silk-screened & uses 5 colors on a thick tan cardstock sleeve. Back of the sleeve is a letterpress print with a hand-written number and it is signed by King Buzzo and Dale Crover.

Hand-numbered edition of 50 copies pressed on pink vinyl with red splatter.
