What is Gonerfest?
- Gonerfest is a festival in Memphis organized by Goner Records. The festival is known for its intimate setting and cutting edge mix of bands. Bands who have played Gonerfest include Shannon & The Clams, Mudhoney, Guitar Wolf, Ty Segall, Cosmic Psychos, Osees, Oblivians, Robyn Hitchcock, Derv Gordon, Bill Orcutt & Chris Corsano, King Brothers, The Oh Sees, The King Khan & BBQ Show, Negative Approach, Compulsive Gamblers, Reatards, Amyl & The Sniffers, Eddy Current Suppression Ring, AWFM, Snooper, Black Lips, New Bomb Turks, Gories, Mummies, Fred & Toody Cole, Carbonas, Leather Uppers, Head, The Gizmos, X_X, Wreckless Eric, The Hipshakes, Human Eye, Sonny Vincent, Sick Thoughts, Icky Boyfriends, and tons and tons more. 20 festivals at 30 + bands per festival = 600 plus bands!

This year's festival will run from Thursday September 25 through Sunday September 28, 2025 in Memphis, TN.

Bands begin Thursday afternoon around 5, and run through 6PM on Sunday.

There is a Dance Party / Gonerfest Comedown later Sunday evening that has been a highlight every year. It's a great chance to hang out with folks without raging bands playing.

Plan on getting here early and staying til Monday if you can!

Where will Gonerfest 22 be held?
- Jah willing, Gonerfest will again be held at Railgarten in Midtown Memphis. This is an outside venue that has worked perfectly for us for our past two festivals. We're working on making this venue even better for Gonerfest 22.

Are There Tickets For Gonerfest 22?
- Golden Passes will be available early in 2025. Golden Passes give you entrance to each day's events, as well as a goodie bag of bonus stuff. In the past, this has been tote bags, records, koozies, and more great stuff.

Are There Individual Day Tickets For Gonerfest 22?
- There are a limited amount of tickets for each day - $60 for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and $20 for the four bands on Sunday.

I Bought Tickets But Cannot Attend. Can I Get A Refund?
We realize life happens- however we cannot refund tickets after September 1st. Tickets are easy to transfer to new Gonerfesters.

What Is the Lineup For Gonerfest 22?

I Bought Tickets - Now What?
- You will get an email with a note to download tickets- this will download the ticket to your phone or computer. You can use this off your phone at the festival, or you can print off a hard copy.

There is also an Apple Wallet ticket you can download and save to your Apple Wallet.

What's This About A Livestream?
- Again, if all goes well there will be a livestream! Over the past few years we have perfected our own brand of high tech / Budget Rock livestream. It's really insane, and the best way to participate / enjoy the festival if you can't make it to Memphis!

Last year we had over 1800 viewers watching for over an hour apiece, total view time was 75 days 11 hrs 15 minutes! Check out some footage of Alien Nosejob from Gonerfest 20 here!

The livestream is included in your Golden Pass!
There are also separate livestream tickets available!

Is Gonerfest 22 All Ages?
- Yes! Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

What About Afterparties?
- There will be afterparties! Our curfew at Railgarten is 10:30 during the week and 11PM on weekends so there is lots of time for more revelry and more music.

What is Gonerfest again?
- Gonerfest is Goner's premiere festival, where exciting music from Memphis and around the world collides in four days of non-stop action, drawing fans from across the US and around the globe. 25+ bands playing, with afterparties providing even more action.

Our 22th edition will have exclusive extras- if you've never been to Gonerfest, this is one not to miss. If you have been to one or more, this is one to return for!
